Established in March 2003, Galleon Appraisal and Corporate Services Inc. was founded by a team of former officers from the Bank of the Philippine Islands, bringing with them decades of hands-on experience in key areas of banking operations. Their goal is to make complex financial documentation more efficient, accurate, and accessible for institutions and individuals alike.
Backed by their expertise in various facets of banking operations, the founding team includes:
Oli Garcia
with 35 years at BPI, led the handling of critical areas such as the bank’s central accounting, check clearing, and HR services.
Dover Reyes
a licensed civil engineer, headed BPI’s Credit Services Division for more than 18 years and pioneered the negative data bank for BPI.
Ernie Brillo
had extensive experience in the operations side of auto and housing loans and was head of the auto appraisal unit at BPI Family Bank.
Jess Cifra
started his career at Ayala Investment and Development Corp. (AIDC) which was subsequently merged with BPI, and launched the first remittance center in Europe - BPI Remittance Center - based in Rome, Italy.
Ver Del Valle
with 31 years at BPI, held senior roles in International Operations, Treasury Operations, Trust Operations and Overseas Banking Group, served overseas in BPI International Finance Hong Kong, and at BPI New York as Head of Branch Operations for over 7 years.
